Person Specifications

The Student Church and Family Worker should be a committed Christian. Denomination is not important, but a willingness to take part in Sunday activities is vital. S/he will have a commitment to the personal and spiritual development of young people, both within and outside the church.

The student should have good communication skills and the ability to get on well both with children of all ages their parents and with volunteers from the church. S/he will have the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
